Our frends haev been experimenting with a process of coffee called " Fruit Maceration Naturals " which in laymens turms means a infusion of fresh fruits with coffee beans picked from thier farms for a 72hr process where the sugars from the fruits begins to ferment giving a slight boozy
 
These coffee's are mostly suited for those that love filtered coffee, where the flavours are more pronounced and come through without any adulteration.
