A stunning coffee from the Yirgocheffe, a sub - region of Sidamo of Ethiopia. 
This coffee has those  classic Blueberry notes that are associated with Ethiopian coffee along with that typical Dry Wine finish. The middle notes are Earthy with an amazing Floral Aroma.
